This notice covers the entire original design of Ellami: the website and landing page, documentation, account and console, web interfaces for cloud features, the desktop IDE and its interactive demo. Protectable materials owned by the rightsholder named above are protected both as part of the product and individually.
Ellami design and materials
The notice covers original page and screen designs, interface compositions, layouts, graphics, illustrations, icons, animations, texts and other Ellami visual materials to the extent they qualify for copyright protection. It also covers original website and IDE program code owned by the rightsholder, subject to the licences below.
Use and restrictions on copying
Ordinary viewing of the website and use of its features, demo and IDE for their intended purposes are permitted under the applicable terms. Access alone does not grant permission to reuse Ellami designs or materials in another website, application, template or product.
Without the rightsholder’s prior written permission, copying, reproduction, adaptation, publication, distribution, sale or incorporation of protected Ellami designs or materials into other products, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Changing the name, colours, individual details or format of a copy does not itself grant permission. Exceptions apply where permitted by applicable law or a valid licence for the specific material.
Open and third-party components
Previously granted open licences remain in force and take precedence for the materials they cover. IDE interface files included in the demo from the original project retain Apache 2.0 terms. The restrictions in this notice do not revoke permission to use, modify or distribute those files under that licence.
Fonts, provider logos, payment marks and other third-party components belong to their respective rightsholders and retain their applicable terms. Rights in user projects and materials are determined separately; this notice does not transfer them to Ellami.

Permissions and enquiries
To request permission, identify the specific materials and intended use. To report possible infringement, include the original page address and the address of the suspected copy.
This notice concerns protectable original expression in designs and materials. General ideas, functionality, methods of operation and standard interface techniques do not by themselves become Ellami’s exclusive property. This notice is not a state registration certificate.
